Your Tasks

  • Ownership and development of the international Gift Card business (B2B & B2C) across multiple countries
  • Steering of international go-to-market development in collaboration with markets, sales, online shops, and external partners
  • First point of contact for countries regarding requirements and incidents, with structured coordination and resolution
  • Translation of business and country needs into backlog/Kanban priorities, with follow-up through to go-live
  • Ownership of reporting and performance transparency, including KPI logic, rollout, and country enablement
  • Support in setting up scalable operating models in countries, including local coordination structures
  • Close collaboration with central functions (Treasury, Accounting/Global Business Services) and external providers to ensure smooth implementations and rollouts
  • Identification of growth opportunities and continuous improvement of the international Gift Card business

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, International Management, or similar qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in international project / program management, business operations, or business development
  • Experience in managing complex cross-functional and international stakeholder setups
  • Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and translate business requirements into reliable implementation
  • Strong project and program management skills, ideally in international and matrix organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to structure complexity and create transparency across multiple workstreams and countries
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to address different stakeholder groups appropriately
  • High data and reporting affinity
  • Hands-on mentality and pragmatic execution focus
  • High ownership and reliability

About Us

The Services & Solutions Team manages the portfolio of service products sold in all of MediaMarktSaturn retail channels and country portfolios. They lead the way in designing and selling solutions, that allows customers to make the most out of their technology.

 

The role will be responsible for the international business ownership of the Gift Card business (B2B & B2C), driving further development and scaling across countries. The role ensures structured requirement management, performance transparency, rollout enablement, and close collaboration with countries, central functions, and external partners to unlock the next growth steps in the Gift Card business.
