Your Tasks

  • Owning the strategic direction of the Customer Care and CX product
  • Managing complexities arising from multiple delivery teams and stakeholders
  • Leading the translation of business goals into ambitions on a complex level
  • Evaluating customer insights to guide product development
  • Communicating objectives and roadmap areas for complex products
  • Acting as a span breaker to ensure effective communication flow across teams
  • Ensuring effective discovery and delivery processes within complex products
  • Managing expectations and stakeholder relationships at a senior business level

Your Profile

  • Expertise in managing complex products at a strategic level
  • Experience in fostering a transparent and trust-based work environment
  • Strong management skills with the ability to exemplify company values and principles
  • Competence in providing constructive feedback and support
  • Capability to plan and execute strategies within a 1–3-year horizon, with flexibility for tactical adjustments over shorter periods
