Your Tasks

AI Strategy and Governance:

  • Design and implementation of AI-specific project management standards
  • Alignment of AI projects with strategic business objectives
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure best practices in AI development
  • Compliance with ethical and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR)
  • Regular reviews to track performance, milestones, and outcomes

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Support in defining scope, schedule, and resources
  • Coordination with data science, engineering, and product teams
  • Organization of kick-off and status meetings
  • Setup of stakeholder communication frameworks

Resource Management:

  • Efficient resource allocation and conflict resolution
  • Coordination with internal teams and external AI partners

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Development of a robust risk management framework
  • Identification and mitigation of technical and regulatory risks
  • Escalation of critical issues to senior management

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Tracking of progress and outcomes using AI-specific KPIs
  • Definition of success metrics and ROI for AI initiatives
  • Regular stakeholder and leadership reporting

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitoring of AI trends and incorporation of innovations
  • Post-project reviews and lessons learned
  • Ongoing optimization of AI project processes and methods

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (preferred)
  • Experience in managing AI/data science projects (e.g., ML, NLP, CV)
  • Solid understanding of project and AI methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Proficiency with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with agile, evolving project environments
  • Experience in retail digitalization and innovation (plus)
  • Strategic thinker (m/f/d) with a detail-oriented approach
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
