Your Tasks

• Engage with Stakeholders: Actively engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment with the team’s goals
• Drive Key Initiatives: Lead critical initiatives, projects, and applications within your responsibility to success, such as Data Catalog and BI Tool harmonization
• Promote Agile Methodologies: Foster an agile mindset and way of working within your team to enhance efficiency and collaboration
• Ensure Technical Excellence: Ensure that the technical foundation built by your team is robust, scalable, and aligns with best practices
• Prioritize Team Backlog: Manage and prioritize the team’s backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impact projects
• Act as a Change Agent (m/f/d): Drive an analytical mindset across the MediaMarktSaturn organization, promoting data-driven decision-making

Your Profile

• Leadership and Empathy: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Project Management Experience: Proven experience as a team or project lead (m/f/d) in previous roles
• Data Engineering and Analytics: Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and modern analytics
• Cloud Technology: Good understanding of cloud technology, preferably Google Cloud
• Analytical Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Looker or PowerBI
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and verbal
