Your Tasks
- Support International HR Initiatives: Play a key role in implementing international projects, especially those focused on leadership development, succession planning, and DEI-driven programs
- Drive Inclusion: Help design programs and concepts that actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our leadership and broader employee base
- Create Strategic Content: Prepare decision-making materials and impactful presentations that highlight the importance of DEI and leadership development in driving business success
- Shape Memorable Experiences: Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and learning sessions that celebrate diversity and foster inclusion
- Be a Problem Solver: Collaborate on innovative solutions to create a more equitable workplace and ensure our leadership development programs are accessible and inclusive
- Administrative Excellence: Provide support in administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently
Your Profile
- Academic Background: You’re pursuing or have completed studies in Business Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Economics, or Human Resources, with a strong interest in DEI or organizational behavior
- DEI Enthusiast: You’re deeply interested in topics around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and you believe in the power of diverse teams to drive innovation and growth
- Tech & Innovation Lover: You’re proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, and you’re curious about how technology can enhance learning and create equitable opportunities for all employees
- Proactive Mindset: You’re confident, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of tasks with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- International Communicator: You’re fluent in English and German, and you’re comfortable collaborating with international teams
- First Experience Counts: If you’ve already had some exposure to employee development, DEI programs, or leadership training, it’s a big plus!
