• To analyze defined processes (AS-IS), and explore the pros and cons or repetitive functions in order to build up more efficient and evolving business processes.
• To re-design, re-engineer and model (TO-BE) the existing business processes. Documantation of processes and creation of process flow diagrams.
• To define and follow up process KPI’s.
• To create RASCI Responsibility Matrix and define the responsibilities according to it.
• To lead and support the projects related to newly designed or developed business processes.
• To lead and support innovation projects.
• To control existing business processes in order to find out if there is any dysfunctionality, and also take corrective actions and follow up.
• Partnering to the process owners to develop existing procedures and processes.
• To review the business processes in order to prepare short or long term development plans.
• To work in close contact with the documantation management specialist to keep process flow diagrams and documents up-to-date.

Genel Nitelikler

• Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering departments
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially Visio
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management area,
• Advanced communication skills in English (German knowledge is a plus),
• Having excellent planning and organization skills,
• Experienced in working cooperatively with stakeholders and team management,
• Having analytical mindset and ability to think strategically,
• Having great problem solving skills,
• Goal and result oriented.
