  • Support the preparation, cleaning, and analysis of operational and client satisfaction data
  • Create insightful dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement using data
• Client Support:
  • Assist in gathering and interpreting client feedback
  • Support the creation of action plans based on client insights

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline internal workflows
  • Propose data-driven solutions to improve operational processes

  • Support the Analytical Hub by contributing to ad-hoc projects and presentations

Profil

• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with tools like Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of data manipulation and visualization
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
