About the job
As a Service Specialist Returns, you manage the performance of our return processes end to end. Your performance will directly impact on the annual result and you will collaborate with commercial departments, content teams, customer care, our 55 stores, supply chain, our Finance department, Stock Management and our Returns Warehouse. Every day you delve into the performance of processes and customer satisfaction. In doing so, you look for connections, causes and opportunities that we jointly weigh on a scale in search of a perfect balance between costs and customer satisfaction. You ensure that:
- Everyone is aware of the procedures;
- All returns are processed as quickly and in a customer-friendly manner as possible;
- You analyze the available data in search of opportunities for improvement;
- Everyone does everything they can to prevent returns ;
- You can show what developments there are every week and month;
- If something goes wrong, you keep everyone involved informed.

As a Service Specialist Returns you must have:
- A healthy dose of social and communication skills. This will help you in your collaboration with the many internal and external stakeholders;
- An analytical brain to process all information, processes and data in search of connections, causes and opportunities;
- A structured approach to be able to efficiently manage all stakeholders;
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent and several years of relevant working experience;
- Affinity with Supply Chain, Logistics and/or customer satisfaction.
