Your Tasks
We are looking for a Product Content Specialist to strengthen our Product Content team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving product and category content within our webshop marketplace environment. You will play a crucial role in our ongoing efforts to provide superior content and optimize the customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance product and category content for marketplace products.

Prioritize and implement content optimization requests.

Ensure timely implementation of backlog items to meet business needs and project deadlines.

Regularly perform checks to guarantee that mandatory product information is complete, and resolve discrepancies quickly.

Conduct quality checks on product content, images, specifications, and other materials to ensure high standards and consistency.

Develop and maintain process documentation such as manuals, work instructions, guidelines, and templates to support efficient operations and knowledge sharing within the team.
Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in content management, preferably within e-commerce or retail.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, customer care, and external stakeholders.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and content management systems such as STEP, Contentful, and Cliplister is a plus.

Basic understanding of SEO principles to optimize content for search engines.

Strong project management skills to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within deadlines.

Understanding of UX principles to enhance the customer journey and user experience.
What Do You Bring?

HBO/WO-level education in Marketing or Business Administration, supplemented with additional training in digital marketing.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in content management.

Specific knowledge and skills, such as proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with content management platforms, and familiarity with SEO principles.
