Your Tasks

As Operational Controlling Manager, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Benelux management team, ensuring transparency and control of operational performance across supply chain, stores, marketing, retail media, and sales. You will provide financial insights to support decision-making, drive efficiency improvements, and lead key performance analysis, planning, and reporting processes in close collaboration with executive leadership.

Financial Planning & Performance Management

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting processes for Benelux operations.
  • Ensure accurate phasing, allocations, and control across P&L areas.
  • Develop robust financial models and templates for store and online channels.
  • Translate financial results into actionable business insights.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as financial partner for operational teams, providing data-driven support.
  • Collaborate with international HQ (MSH) to align reporting standards.
  • Prepare and present analyses to senior stakeholders and directors.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Drive monthly closing, management reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor OPL and sales KPIs, ensuring transparency of variances.
  • Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and SAP BO/Excel reporting tools.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis on profitability, efficiency, and growth opportunities.

Team Development & Process Improvement

  • Coach and guide controllers to strengthen expertise and business understanding.
  • Standardize and document reporting processes across Benelux.
  • Lead operational controlling projects such as new store business plans and omnichannel KPIs.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience in controlling or financial management.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP BO/FICO, Power BI.
  • Fluent English; strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Leadership and coaching capabilities.
