Your scope of work

As an intern in the Product Content department, you will develop Product Content solutions aimed at increasing conversion rates and traffic, while reducing return rates and bounce rates on Product Detail Pages (PDPs). You will conduct research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data-driven insights to formulate recommendations and design tailored solutions for selected key categories.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Product Content Intern to join our Product content team at MediaMarkt from September to January. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct research on current PDP content and performance for assigned key categories
• Analyze data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improving conversion, traffic, and customer experience (decrease conversion, bounce rate, increase engagement, improve purchase decision)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, e-commerce, SEO, CRO, and data) to gather insights and align recommendations
• Design and propose tailored Product Content solutions, including standardized content blocks, visuals, and best-practice guidelines.
• Develop an actionable implementation plan to align the strategic assortment with PDP best practices
• Present findings, recommendations, and action plans to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner

• Currently studying Marketing, Business, Communication or a closely related subject
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven mindset, able to interpret insights and make recommendations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental alignment
• Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with different teams
