Your scope of work
As an intern within the IT & Gaming team, you will contribute to the development of a commercial e-learning program that supports knowledge growth and category performance in a fast-paced retail environment. You will take ownership of a high-impact project from strategy to execution, working closely with HR, commercial teams, and external partners. Your work will result in a structured training ecosystem that will be actively used and further developed by the business after your internship. Furthermore, you will:
- Gain experience in developing and implementing a commercial e-learning strategy from concept to execution
- Analyze the current learning landscape, identify knowledge gaps, and translate insights into a structured training roadmap
- Collaborate closely with the HR Learning & Development team to align learning initiatives with company-wide frameworks, tools, and standards
- Work alongside the IT & Gaming category team to create engaging, commercially relevant, and technically accurate training content
- Develop practical skills in project management, content creation, stakeholder communication, and learning program design
- Coordinate with leading hardware suppliers and guide them in contributing high-quality training materials to the program
- Obtain a clear understanding of how product knowledge, learning, and commercial performance are connected within a modern retail business
- Focus on building a scalable training ecosystem covering hardware categories such as notebooks, tablets, desktops, printers, monitors, and e-readers, resulting in a live or near-live e-learning program that can be actively used and expanded by the business team

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Education, HR, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field
- You have strong project management skills and can independently structure projects, set priorities, and manage deadlines
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are comfortable working with different stakeholders, both internally and externally
- You have strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- You are proactive, self-starting, and able to work independently
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office
- You have an affinity with technology and IT hardware products; experience with e-learning, instructional design, or digital content creation is a plus
- Experience in a commercial, retail, or category management environment is a plus
- Experience working with external partners or suppliers is a plus
- Basic knowledge of learning & development principles is a plus
- You are fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus
