About the job

Do you see the bigger picture and know how to inspire teams to work from a customer journey perspective? We are looking for a visionary leader who can define and drive the digital experience shaping how our customers engage with our website from the very first click through to conversion.

As Head of Digital Experience, you’ll be responsible for setting and communicating the digital vision. You’ll translate strategy into inspiring roadmaps for your teams (CRO, SEO, and Digital Content – around 20 people evenly split across the disciplines). Your focus is not on the operational details, but on the cohesion: ensuring every step of the customer journey feels seamless, intuitive, and impactful. In this key role, you will lead three expert teams to shape the future of our digital channels, making a real impact on millions of customers while putting your vision into practice to elevate our digital strategy to the next level. 

  • Define a clear vision for our website and digital channels, always putting the customer first.
  • Lead three specialist teams (CRO, SEO, and Digital Content) and align them to work as one.
  • Drive website development and optimization, tracking, and conversion improvements.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable strategies and inspiring roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in marketing, IT, and sales to accelerate our digital strategy.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within digital or e-commerce.
  • A strong vision for customer journey and digital experience.
  • Knowledge of CRO, SEO, and content marketing is a plus, but your ability to set the direction and empower teams is what truly matters.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into strategy.
  • Inspirational leadership with a focus on collaboration and growth.
