Your Role
We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Global Digital Experience Optimization Lead to drive customer journey optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across digital touchpoints. This role will focus on both the strategic vision and operational execution of digital experience enhancements, leveraging AI-driven solutions, mobile app optimization, and data-driven experimentation. The ideal candidate will be a strong project leader, collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Tech, UX, and Business—to execute digital experience optimization initiatives at a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Journey & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Perform detailed customer journey analysis pinpointing possible improvements and/or learnings to be implemented.
- Define and execute strategies to optimize the end-to-end customer journey, enhancing engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Utilize data analytics, user research, and A/B testing to identify and implement UX/UI improvements.
- Lead personalization and segmentation efforts to tailor digital experiences for different customer segments.
2. AI-Driven Digital Experience Optimization
- Identify and implement AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance the digital experience.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into customer interactions, automation, and personalization.
- Monitor AI-driven experiments, measuring performance impact and iterating based on insights.
3. App Optimization & Digital Innovation
- Own and drive global mobile app experience optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Oversee mobile app performance metrics, user engagement, and feature adoption, recommending enhancements based on data-driven insights.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and innovations, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of digital experience optimization.
4. Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead global digital experience optimization initiatives, coordinating with UX, Tech, Product, and Business teams.
- Establish clear project roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact between regional and global teams, ensuring best practices are shared and implemented effectively.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership, influencing digital strategy and investment decisions.
- Develop regular reports on the impact of optimization initiatives and share key learnings across the organization.
Your Profile
To be successful in this job you need to have
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, UX Design, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital experience optimization, CRO, UX/UI, or a related field, preferably in a global role.
- Strong expertise in CRO methodologies, A/B testing, and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
- Experience working with AI-driven personalization, automation, and digital experience platforms.
- Proven ability to lead and execute complex digital projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and personalization platforms.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of mobile app performance metrics and optimization strategies.
