Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and creating seamless customer experiences across channels? At MediaMarkt we’re on an exciting journey to accelerate our global digital growth and we’re looking for a visionary Lead Digital Growth Global to make it happen.

In this key role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Global Head of Digital Growth to define, steer, and execute strategies that shape how millions of customers engage with MediaMarkt online and beyond. You’ll be the bridge between global strategy and local execution, turning insights into action, empowering teams across countries, and helping us deliver digital excellence at scale.

• Support the design and execution of global digital growth strategies.
• Analyze market and country performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and track action roadmaps to drive online market share and customer engagement.
• Translate the global strategy into local execution plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with country teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital growth, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to extract insights from various internal/external data sets to formulate the right initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to engage with senior leaders across countries, suppliers, departments, and local organizations to secure support and alignment
• Experience in working with or managing key supplier relationships for digital growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written en spoken
