Your Tasks

As Commercial Controller in our Services & Solutions Let's Go Mobile department, you will develop and optimize all financial processes and work closely with Sales, Operations, and external partners. Your goal is to establish a solid financial foundation and maximize the profitability of our telecom activities. You will also act as a strategic sparring partner for management, helping to make data-driven decisions.Furthermore you will be responsible for:

• Managing and optimizing our financial processes within the Telecom department.
• Setting up and managing our base management strategies for Telecom subscriptions and other recurring revenue models.
• Developing revenue share models and financial structures that contribute to sustainable growth.
• Analyzing and reporting on financial KPIs, including revenue, margin, costs, and churn.
• Financial forecasting and budgeting to support commercial and operational teams.
• Contract management and cost analysis of partnerships within the Telecom industry.
• Improving financial automation to make reporting more efficient and accurate.
• Stakeholder management within the organization and with external partners.

Your Profile

• Proven track record in a similar financial role with a strong focus on Telecom, subscription models, or recurring revenue.
• Experience with base management, revenue share structures, and contract analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial models, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey financial insights to both finance and non-finance teams.
• In depth knowledge of the Telecom industry is an advantage.
• Dutch and English language skills are required for this position.
