Your scope of work

As CRO Manager, you will define and drive the conversion rate optimization strategy across our digital ecosystem (3 e-commerce platforms and 2 apps), focusing on measurable growth through experimentation and customer insight. You will own the CRO roadmap across categories and customer journeys, ensuring priorities are customer-driven, commercially aligned, and technically feasible. Together with your team, you continuously identify optimization opportunities across the full funnel to improve conversion, customer experience, and key business KPIs.

 

You foster a strong experimentation mindset by translating data and customer insights into hypotheses and actionable business cases. In close collaboration with international Tech teams, you ensure the right initiatives are prioritized and delivered. Beyond optimization, you contribute to the broader digital growth agenda and help ensure CRO drives long-term business performance.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Define and drive the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap aligned with business and customer goals
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact optimization opportunities across funnels and customer journeys
  • Lead, coach, and develop the CRO team
  • Build hypotheses and business cases based on data and customer insight
  • Champion a test-and-learn and data-driven culture across the organization
  • Align with Tech, UX, SEO, Commercial, Customer Care and international teams on prioritization and delivery
  • Oversee A/B testing from ideation to evaluation and scaling of learnings
  • Continuously improve key digital journeys across the full funnel
  • Track and communicate CRO performance and impact to stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with CRO best practices, tools and methodologies

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in CRO, experimentation, or digital optimization roles in a complex digital environment
  • Proven track record in driving measurable business impact through testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior and international stakeholders
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to translate data and customer insights into clear opportunities and actionable improvements
  • Solid understanding of user behavior, UX principles, and digital best practices
  • Experience working with web analytics and experimentation tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain insights and impact at leadership level
  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills in complex environments
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus
