Your Tasks

As a Bonus Invoicing and Disputes Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of purchase order (PO) collections, invoicing, and dispute resolution related to vendor bonus agreements. You’ll act as a key link between internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and effective dispute resolution—all while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance.

  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by monitoring POs, reconciling balances, and improving processes
  • Investigate and resolve invoicing or PO-related discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Act as the main finance contact for vendors, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
  • Provide reports and financial insights to support commercial and operational decisions
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit standards

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree in a related field 
  • Available for 40 hours a week, hybrid working possible (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) of invoicing, collections, or dispute resolution, preferably in retail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in SAP
