Your Tasks
- The Go-To-Market Specialist will be responsible for the Hungarian Retail Media and Partner Marketing portfolio, including trade marketing activities
- Closely cooperate with central team localize GTM strategy and collect and channel back local needs and requirements
- Responsible for local sales analysis & GTM playbooks as well as for competition and market monitoring
- Closely cooperate with active sales and client success colleagues
- Create scalable bundles for endemics, non-endemics, agencies and programmatic/self-service
- Create standardized media and channel mix plans based on overall partner marketing objectives including forecasting and scenarios
- Create standardized and ready to use templates and presentations for Sales
- Actively drive and support product launches, including trainings, documentation, and Post-Launch Reporting
- Active portfolio management, steering towards full funnel approach, sold via one dedicated sales unit
- Proactively driving sales enablement in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare launches from all local aspects: pricing, legal requirements etc.
- Cooperate with other countries’ peers through the matrix organizations and collect and bring best practices and good examples connected to product launches, bundles etc.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in field of marketing, retail and/or sales, and project management,
- Experienced in media planning with online/digital focus
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in (digital) marketing and/or trade marketing strategies and trends in the retail industry
- Advanced understanding of digital business models, preferably in e-commerce digital/retail media or commerce media, and trade marketing
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms, data analysis tools and marketing technologies is an advantage
- Proven strength in building sales-driven decks (pitches, case studies, QBRs)
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret market data and draw the right conclusions
- Strategic thinking and a keen sense of anticipating market changes and trends
- Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced, international, innovative business environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Effective stakeholder management skills to ensure coordination and support from all parties involved
- Fluent written and spoken English
