Your Tasks

• Optimize and harmonize international HCM processes across MediaMarktSaturn.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions.
• Design concepts and support international projects, rollouts and go-lives.
• Work closely with HR teams, key users, IT and product teams across different countries.
• Configure, test and support SAP HCM, with focus on PA, PT, OM and ESS/MSS as well as related third-party tools
• Take ownership of your topics, manage priorities and drive them from idea to implementation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and share knowledge within an international team.

Your Profile

Required studies and competences

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Solid experience in SAP HCM customizing, preferably SAP ERP 6.08.
• Good knowledge of PA, PT, OM, ESS/MSS and/or Fiori.
• Good understanding of HR processes and the ability to connect business needs with technology.
• Experience in international projects, rollouts or process harmonization.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• You are an open-minded, proactive, goal-oriented personality with a high responsibility
• You are a strong communicator and enjoy working with international stakeholders and different cultures.
• You are a team player, curious and willing to learn.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

As part of the HCM Operations International team within the Technology Hub in Barcelona, you will work in an international environment supporting and developing HR solutions used across MediaMarktSaturn countries.

You will collaborate closely with HR teams, key users, IT teams and international stakeholders to harmonize HCM processes, implement global solutions and continuously improve our HR systems and ways of working.
