Your Tasks

• You participate and lead projects on behalf of Systems & Infrastructure e.g. transition/transformations, change operating model, performance/quality issues, complaints, automation.
• You manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional projects with considerable impact across multiple domains/ platforms
• You solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• You Create, communicate, and manage budget and milestones for projects
• You work in a close collaboration with the responsible Platform Owner and Service Delivery Manager in the VP area Systems & Infrastructure to manage the following processes:
  • Document and track of respective domain roadmap
  • Track the respective domain budget spend and forecast while understanding the technology plan insight
• Act as contact person for Sourcing, Order Management, Finance and other stakeholders in regard to various domain related planning and review activities
• Together with the Platform Owner and Vice President of Systems & Infrastructure, be the interface to other VP areas and business (global) units with the respect of the domain planning and tracking
• Be part of TPM community to drive improvements of finance and roadmap planning processes
• Drive the best practise within the respective domain related to finance and roadmap planning

Your Profile

• University degree or a comparable qualification
• You show a high level of organizational talent and a structured way of working to keep track of open issues
• Advanced in Project management skills (certificate in PM and ITIL is a must)
• Proven several years of professional experience (>10 years) as a project or program manager
• Willingness to work team-orientated
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in retail is an advantage 
• Basic technology awareness 
• Advanced finance planning and tracking awareness
• Excellent Excel, Word, Powerpoint skills
• Good Written and spoken English (+German is a advance)

The TPM & PSO department of the VP Area Systems & Infrastructure consists of Technical Program Managers, Project Managers and PSOs. As a team, we steer and accompany projects and transformations, organize and manage the project and contract portfolio of the involved platform teams, and support them in planning and tracking the budget and deployment roadmap. As the PSO team, we also act as a bridging team between the individual VP Platforms, HQ Controlling, HQ Sourcing and CTO, and with our day-to-day action and activity plan we create transparency in costs, contracts and compliance of deployment roadmap.
