Your Profile
You will work closely with senior MS Dynamics 365 developers and product team members. Typical tasks may include:
Dynamics 365 & B2B Solution Support
- Assist in the configuration and light customization of MS Dynamics 365 Online – Sales under guidance.
- Support the team in testing new features, integrations and changes (e.g. writing and executing test cases, documenting results).
- Help with data maintenance activities (data quality checks, simple data updates, support for imports/exports).
- Contribute to the documentation of solution components, workflows and integrations.
Team & DevOps Support
- Support the DevOps team with basic monitoring and follow-up on incidents or requests related to Dynamics 365.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve simple issues (e.g. user access, basic configuration, user support under supervision).
- Assist in maintaining and updating knowledge base and operational runbooks.
Learning & Collaboration
- Collaborate with product owners, developers and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Participate in team ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) as part of your learning path.
- Show willingness to familiarize yourself with MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and related technologies used by the team.
Required Studies and Competences
Education & Availability
- Student in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Business Informatics or equivalent areas.
- Availability of 20 to 30 hours per week during the academic year (flexible schedule possible).
Technical & Methodological Skills
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. C#, .NET, JavaScript or other object-oriented languages) is a plus.
- Interest in or first contact with:
- CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Familiarity with Agile concepts (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with enterprise systems and new technologies.
Languages and Soft Skills
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written). German is a plus.
- Strong team player with good communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to follow up tasks and document work properly.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn from senior colleagues and grow in the Dynamics 365 / B2B area.
