Your Tasks

  • Strategy: lead the strategy execution and continuous improvements of analytics and data collection capabilities.
  • Ownership: own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics tracking, from event definition to implementation and validation.
  • Analytics Tracking: define and maintain taxonomy and structure of  all digital touchpoints (Web & App) for customer behavioral analytics events like page views, clicks,.. with the goal to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability.
  • Dashboard and Reporting: work with stakeholders and cross functional team to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide a comprehensive view of channel performance, feature adoption, and user behavior. Provide strategic insights and reporting for key discussions.
  • Cross-Team collaboration and alignment: Act as a bridge between business, analytics, and technology teams, ensuring alignment and agility.
  • Collaborate with POs, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into actionable tracking specifications.
  • Ensure strong documentation practices and governance around data collection and usage.
  • Identify opportunities for improved tracking and unlock insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Innovation: Leverage analytics to drive innovation, improve customer experience, identify growth opportunities, and BRING YOUR OWN IDEAS TO LIFE
  • You are one of the key contributors to shape how other webshop products will be even more data driven
  • Together with cross-functional teams you create an ambitious delivery focused roadmap, and translate roadmap features into well-defined user stories

Your Profile

  • This role sits at the intersection of product ownership, data analytics, and business, perfect for someone who is passionate about structure and turning raw data into meaningful insights
  • At least, 3/4 years working as a PO, with experience working in an agile organization, or business analyst with a structured mindset eager to transition into product ownership
  • Analytical mindset who worked in analytics product before (like reporting and visualization) preferably in eCommerce or digital-focused environments, with ability to manage complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
  • Hands-on background as an Analyst and/or in data collection, analytics tracking, or event instrumentation.
  • Understanding of data governance, structure, and documentation practices.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with business teams, analysts, and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g. GTM, Tealium) or server-to-server tracking is a plus
  • Fluent in English
