Are you looking for an exciting temporary opportunity in a dynamic marketing environment? Then this could be the perfect role for you!

This is a temporary position from mid-September / early October 2026 until the end of March 2027. During this period, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing our marketing campaigns throughout one of the busiest times of the year.

As a Brand, Campaign & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and brand communications across the Benelux region. You will ensure campaigns run smoothly, monitor planning and deadlines, and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers. Thanks to your structured approach, all campaign materials will be delivered on time and in line with the required quality standards.

In this versatile role, you will act as the link between different departments and external partners. You will keep an overview of all ongoing activities, manage deadlines, and ensure every campaign is successfully rolled out.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the operational rollout of national sales and brand campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign planning and following up on deadlines.
  • Gathering input from various stakeholders.
  • Tracking campaign progress and proactively following up on outstanding actions.
  • Supporting campaign launches and ensuring all campaign materials are available on time.

In addition, you will coordinate the production and delivery of a variety of marketing materials, including TV commercials, radio spots, studio recordings, flyers, and in-store communication materials. You will manage the planning, briefing, approval, production, and delivery process together with agencies and suppliers, ensuring that all campaign assets are delivered in the correct format and according to the required specifications.

What you'll bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign coordination, marketing operations, or production.
  • Experience working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Affinity with retail or omnichannel marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent command of either Dutch or French, with a good working knowledge of English.
