Become our "spider in the web" between suppliers, stores and head quarters now as our new Partner Marketing Specialist Stores!
As Partner Marketing Specialist Stores for Belgium and Luxembourg within the Partner Marketing Department, you will play a crucial role in empowering BELUX in-store success through supporting strategic partner marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include optimizing partner marketing store activities, flagging new experience opportunities, and supporting teams with various partner marketing store and logistical needs. You will be supportive in partner marketing related re-modeling and re-opening stores in BELUX, visiting stores in BELUX and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will be the spider in the web between suppliers, stores and head quarters in a dynamic, hands-on role where your creativity, organizational strength, and retail insight will directly contribute to how customers experience the brands of our suppliers in-store. Furthermore you are responsible for the following:
- Creating and maintaining an overview of additional in-store opportunities (e.g. opening packages, POS, screens, unique instore placements etc.) besides contractual agreements
- Flagging new experience opportunities
- Sending updates about Supplier framework to stores and supporting the PMS manager with the roll out
- Conducting store visits (minimal once per week) to be the liaison between HQ and store and gathering commercial opportunities and optimize partner marketing execution
- Supporting Space as a Service for your specific region
- Liaising with Assortment and Display planning regarding Supplier Framework a.o.
- Updating stores on a weekly base of what to expect and what to act on regarding supplier related topics (e.g. POS, Supplier national roll outs like branded shelves etc.)
- Assisting with in-store proposals and consult on furniture placement in stores.
- Supporting the Benelux manager with information gathered during store visits and
- Reviewing Point of Sales (POS) materials in stores.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and in-store marketing strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills with a commercial drive
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills to build and maintain cross-functional collaborations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and support from all parties involved.
- Proficient in English, Dutch/Flemish and French.
