<step2>First interview</step2>
If you make it to the next round, within the next 4 to 7 days you’ll be invited to a first interview (about 30–60 minutes) where we can get to know each other better. This virtual interview will be arranged by our applicant management team and held on Microsoft Teams.
Afterwards, it’s time for our first impressions (ours and yours!) to sink in. But we don’t want to keep you waiting, so within 2 days of the interview we’ll be in touch to let you know whether we plan to continue the recruitment process.

<step3>Second interview</step3>
Assuming we all want to proceed, we’ll arrange a second interview (approx. 2–3 hours), ideally within the next week. At it, you’ll meet your potential new team – in person, if possible. To get a better idea of your skills, it’ll include a coding challenge or something similar.
Decision time! We’ll be happy to share our feedback and would love to hear yours. We’ll contact you within a few days.
