Within the Supply Chain management department, you can make the difference for your distinct parts of the “chain”. Leading business and technology, working in teams and together building and operating a market leading supply chain market for MediaMarktSaturn.


Your tasks

  • Run great returns operations (support stores, find hidden value, improve customer service, recycling/disposal)

  • Work with buyers, vendors, store operations, transport and warehouse departments, accounting and technology

  • Develop, maintain and monitoring returns policy, guidelines and processes

  • Monitor and control financials eg. credits, costs for purchase termination towards vendors

  • Analyze, develop and improve reverse logistics processes that integrate different stores, tools and partners in a consistent and agile way

  • Improve on productivity and efficiency

  • Maintain overview of roadblocks and escalations and support pro-active measures

  • Participate in projects e.g. category management, inventory, related technology and sprints, performance issues, complaints

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in technical business administration, supply chain management or equivalent

  • Proven experience in managing (project) teams and working with country organizations

  • Proven experience in process excellent management

  • Profound experience in leading agile teams

  • Experience in retail repairs and returns, preferred in OMNI channel environment

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex matters to senior management

  • Very fluent professional English, fluent in German
