Online sales coordinator Benelux

Are you a problem solver ? Result-oriented by nature & interested in working within the e-Commerce branche? We are looking for an online sales coordinator to join our team in our Headquarters in Rotterdam.



What are you going to do ?

As the Online sales coordinator you will work together with many stakeholders on our online sales development in all three countries of the Benelux. Your main focus will be the online turnover, the stock availability and you’ll drive the online translation of our campaigns such as Red night, Black Friday and the VAT/BTW campaign. The position will look into how we can improve collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as buyers, marketeers and the supply chain team. Concluding, you’ll work together with the rest of our young and fast growing e-Commerce team on improving sales, margin and stock KPI’s.


Tasks and activities

  • Look into market and internal data to identify sales potential in order to increase our market share;
  • Analyze the potential and come up with initiatives to increase the sales;
  • Translate our national campaigns into the online environment in most optimized way to increase conversion;
  • Be responsible for our online only campaigns as Red night and our Daily deal;
  • Work together with the buying department on improving the online sales;
  • Work with the supply chain department on improving our online availability;
  • Work with our Assortment & Display planners to improve the online assortment.


Who are you ?
Commercially experienced, results-oriented by nature, a problem solver, an amazing team player and able to stand your ground. You don’t have a 9-5 mentality, fitting with the fast paced 24/7 e-Commerce branche.  With your proactive approach, you take responsibility and your enthusiasm will inspire others. Furthermore you’re a quick learner, you adapt to changes easily and pursue goals with high energy and drive. Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French would be considered a plus. Together with your colleagues, you strive to achieve the best possible results.  


What do you Bring ?

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in business, economy, management or equivalent experience;
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail;
  • Affinity with consumer electronics would be considered a plus;
  • Fluent English, Dutch and/or French would be considered a plus.
