Filter and Search Specialist

Do you like making improvements on websites? Do you have an interest in customer behaviour? Are you ready to make an impact? As a search and filter specialist, you will be a driving force in improving the consumer shopping experience on our websites. Join our Digital team at the headquarters in Rotterdam.

Tasks and activities

  • Research and drive navigation and search improvements based on feedback, analytics and best practices for our websites in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg
  • Understand the customer’s journey and implement search and filter improvements to optimize this journey.
  • Analyze filter usage and take actions in order to improve the customer experience and online conversion through filter optimizations.
  • Stay aware of market developments and make sure our navigational tools stay up to date with the latest trends.
  • Communication between internal and external stakeholders, like product management, omnichannel specialists and our international organization.
  • Review and assess the functionality and efficiency of our systems


Your profile

  • Ideally, 2-4 years of working experience in a previous (retail) company
  • Experience with online customer behaviour
  • Strong communication skills and willing to learn
  • Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Great organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Hands-on attitude and strong commercial focus
  • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees
  • Retail experience is desired but not a must
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, French would be considered a plus
