As Senior Manager of Supply Chain, your mission is to lead the end-to-end Last Mile 2MH operation, owning its strategy, cost efficiency, service quality, and team performance to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across the network.
Tu perfil
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration will be considered a plus.
- Solid professional experience in last mile operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in complex and fast-moving environments.
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs, cost control, and service quality management.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- Strong proactive mindset.
- High adaptability to change, thriving in fast-paced and evolving operational environments.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience managing 5 direct reports and leading cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and operational mindset, with a focus on cost, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage end-to-end operational performance while maintaining high standards of service and team engagement.
