Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of accounting entries, acting as the liaison with the Shared Service Center
• Provide support to the Shared Service Center Team when necessary.
• Cowork with German Book Keeping
• Perform daily and monthly checks on accounting records.
• Handle the accounting of specific invoice types.
• Manage closing provisions.
• Verify payments and ensure their accuracy.
• Review the quality of monthly financial statements, including the profit and loss account and balance sheet.
• Provide general support for administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), as there is a frequent contact with international teams.
• Experience in accounting and financial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an international team.
• Knowledge of SAP software is a plus.
