MediaMarktSaturn Global Business Services Spain is a financial Hub established in 2020 that provides administrative, accounting, and various transversal services to the different companies within MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group.

Our main objective is to achieve the standardization of administrative tasks and the automation of processes in all countries of the group.

YOUR TASKS

• Central recording of incoming inquiries from Media Markt and Saturn Germany, Austria, Switzerland and administrative locations as well as our external business partners and customers in the ticket tool
• Professional technical response to incoming inquiries in accounting for the areas of cash register/customer, costs, conditions/commissions and goods
• Recognition and placement of process weaknesses
• Contact person for suppliers as well as the back office for clarification cases in the area of finance

WHAT DO YOU NEED

• Basic understanding of financial -  accounting principles and concepts.
• Teamwork ability.
• Fluent German is mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of Office, particularly Excel.
• Self-management
• Willingness to learn
