MediaMarktSaturn Global Business Services Spain is the international financial hub that provides services to the countries within the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. Our mission is to offer administrative, accounting, financial, and other cross-functional services to the different companies of MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group across Europe. We believe in a diverse workforce: right now, we are 400 employees from over 35 different nationalities, speaking more than 20 languages among us.
Mission
Manage the accounting cycle and administrative Accounting processes of MediaMarkt stores in order to comply with internal procedures.
Tasks
/ Coordinate and distribute the tasks for the team ensuring maximum efficiency.
/ Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data.
/ Facilitate payment of invoices
/ Daily invoice posting in SAP VIM
/ Tickets resolution via Cherwell
/ Maintenance and cleaning of transitory accounts.
/ Review KPI on Daily & Weekly Basis
Requierments
/ A completed degree in finance administration or comparable training.
/ At least one year of experience in the similar role.
/ Advanced Office and valuable knowledge in SAP FI.
/ Advanced written and spoken English.
/ Ability to adapt to different work rhythms, proactivity and communication skills.
