Les tâches

• As a Junior Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing specific product categories within our range.
• You will collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Pricing, our stores, and Forecast & Replenishment.
• You will assist in planning and executing promotions and marketing activities to boost sales.
• You will also work with different suppliers, ensuring all agreements are secured in various systems.
• You will be responsible to coordinate projects linked to customer journey improvement On and Offline of our categories.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing market and consumer trends to gain insights into the performance of the product categories.
• Assortment planning, including identifying new products and managing stock levels.
• Developing pricing strategies together with the (SR) CatMan
• Coordinating promotional and marketing activities.
• Resolving customer queries.
• Managing administrative components, including resolving price discrepancies and ensuring the correct agreements are in the system.
• Coordinate Customer Journey Improvement in shop and in stores.
• Providing information to our stores.

Profil

• A commercially-minded individual.
• Giving strong attention to detail and accuracy including process flow and financial data.
• Logical and analytical thinking to identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
